What is Dual Enrollment?

Dual Enrollment is a program that provides funding for current high school students to take approved college-level coursework for credit towards both high school and college graduation requirements. For example, if a student takes an approved Dual Enrollment US History course, this student will receive credit for this course on both his high school transcript and a separate college transcript. For more information, visit the GA Futures website.

What is Core Curriculum?

Core Curriculum is  a set of common courses  required of all undergraduate students who attend a University System of Georgia institution, regardless of major.  Courses taken through Dual Enrollment may be able to satisfy  Core Curriculum requirements at a USG institution.
